6. Bookings and payments

Bookings are made through Playtomic. Payments are taken through the booking platform. We may receive and use booking and transaction information from that platform in order to manage reservations, customer service, attendance records and related administration.

Where third-party platforms process your personal data, their own privacy policies and terms may also apply.

7. Marketing communications

We may send you updates about bookings, events, memberships, coaching, promotions and venue news.

We use Mailchimp for email marketing communications. If you subscribe to our mailing list, your contact details and marketing preferences may be stored and processed through Mailchimp for the purpose of sending marketing emails.

You can opt out of marketing at any time by:

  • updating your preferences where available

CCTV operates at our venue for the purposes of safety, security, crime prevention and incident investigation. Signage is displayed where CCTV is in use.
