To help everyone enjoy a safe, fair and welcoming experience at Optimum Padel, all players and visitors are asked to follow the venue rules below.

1. Respect the Venue

Please treat the club, courts, equipment, staff and other guests with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. Suitable Clothing and Footwear

Players must wear appropriate sports clothing and non-marking court shoes suitable for padel. Outdoor footwear, metal studs, or inappropriate shoes must not be worn on court.

3. Court Bookings

All court bookings must be made through the approved booking platform. Players are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring the court is vacated promptly at the end of the booking slot.

4. Check In

Players may be required to check in on arrival. Please allow enough time before your session to do so.

5. Use of Courts

Courts may only be used for padel activity and by those with a valid booking, authorised session, or permission from the venue. Climbing on fences, hanging from nets or misusing equipment is not permitted.

6. Coaching

Only authorised Optimum Padel coaches or approved coaching partners may deliver coaching sessions at the venue unless written permission has been given in advance.

7. Juniors

Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult unless attending an organised session run by the venue. Parents or guardians remain responsible for juniors while on site.

8. Health and Safety

Players take part at their own risk. Anyone with an injury, medical condition, or any concern about their ability to participate should seek medical advice before playing. Please report any accidents, spillages, hazards or damage to a member of staff immediately.

9. Food and Drink

No glass is allowed on or around the courts. Food should not be consumed on court. Drinks must be kept in suitable sealed sports bottles or takeaway cups where appropriate.

10. Alcohol, Smoking and Drugs

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas, if applicable. Anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused entry or asked to leave the venue.

11. Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are brought to the venue at the owner’s risk. Optimum Padel accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

12. Equipment Hire and Loan

Any hired or borrowed equipment must be returned in good condition after use. Customers may be charged for lost, damaged or unreturned items.

13. Damage to Property

Any person who deliberately or negligently causes damage to the venue, courts or equipment may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

14. Photography and Filming

Photography and filming may take place at the venue from time to time for promotional purposes. By entering the venue, you may appear in venue content unless you inform a member of staff. Guests must respect the privacy of others when taking their own photos or videos.

15. Opening Hours and Access

Access to the venue is only permitted during official opening hours or as authorised by the venue. Certain areas may be restricted to staff only.

16. Refusal of Entry

Optimum Padel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these rules.

17. Bookings, Cancellations and Memberships

All bookings, cancellations, credits and memberships are subject to the venue’s booking terms and conditions and the terms of any third-party booking platform in use.

18. Changes to Rules

Optimum Padel reserves the right to amend these venue rules at any time where necessary for safety, operational or legal reasons.
